What does the main hotel search do?
It sends the selected destination or hotel, dates, rooms and travelers to connected hotel-search services so eligible accommodations and room categories can be returned.
Does it search every hotel in Asia?
No. Results may exclude properties, direct-only rates, private offers, closed inventory or unsupported markets.
Why should I select an autocomplete result?
It distinguishes similarly named hotels and places and supplies a fuller address or place identity for a more precise search.
Are all room types shown?
A returned hotel may expose multiple eligible available room categories. Availability is specific to the dates and travelers, and coverage remains non-exhaustive.
Nearby and individual searches
How does Hotels Near Me work?
After location permission, it checks nearby lodging candidates and shows only those returning a positive live rate, ordered by approximate straight-line distance.
Why might the physically closest hotel be absent?
It may have returned no positive rate, been outside connected coverage, failed eligibility checks or fallen outside search limits.
How many nearby hotels are shown?
The tool aims to show the closest available property plus up to five available alternatives after checking up to 36 candidates.
Does the AI Hotel Finder replace a named hotel?
No. Individual hotel search preserves the requested property and can show no availability without substitution.
Prices and bookings
Is a displayed price final?
Treat it as provider-reported search information. Verify the itemized total, currency, taxes, fees, room and terms on the final booking page.
Why can a price change?
Inventory, demand, currency, occupancy, taxes, fees and rate rules can change until booking is completed.
Who changes or cancels my reservation?
The provider or merchant named in the confirmation. Asian-Hotels.com does not hold the booking record.
Does the site earn commission?
It may receive compensation from eligible booking referrals. Coverage is not exhaustive.
Guides, privacy and safety
Are guides official travel advice?
No. They provide general hotel and itinerary context. Check authoritative current sources for entry, health, safety and local rules.
How is location used?
Nearby mode requests browser permission and uses coordinates with mapping and hotel-search services to find and rank close properties.
Can I reject optional analytics?
Yes. Choose Essential only or use Cookie Settings. Requested search or mapping services may still involve third parties when activated.
How do I report an issue?
Email support@asian-hotels.com with a page URL and non-sensitive details. Never send payment-card data, passwords or identity documents.
